Looking for some tips on starting HG. I have been doing strongman for the last 6 years, turned pro in the 105kg class in 2005. I'd like to try my hand at HG, I've done one comp kinda on a whim with no training (or kilt oops!) and did well I guess, but i know some training and tips from people in the know will realy help.

I am an American, but I am living in England at the moment with the USAF at RAF Mildenhall. Do you guys/gals know of someone near me that I can hook up with?

Thanks a ton!

Send a PM to greynolds177.  He runs the games out at Inverness and will probably have a good idea who might be somewhat near you.

I have talked to Sean Bets and he pointed me at Scott Ryder. He actually lives pretty close to where I go to train strongman so I will give him a call. Thanks for the replies guys!!!
