After Flying all night and going to work and now finally getting a chance to write this Thank you...before the soma kicks in.   I want to first thank the Victoria folks...one of the greatest experiance in the games I have ever had. The hospitality, the food the goodies, the field etc etc etc.  The salmon at Carls house was off the hook, I need that recipe because I plan on catching about 6 huge salmon in alaska in june and I might just come to carls house to get them cooked.  I really want to say thank you to Carl and Jim maxwell for all the hospitality. the victoria games are awesome.  They treated us like kings.  The hotel rooms, the goodie bags, the transportation etc etc etc was awesome.  The guys that helped on the field ray, fred, etc etc etc etc what a crew they worked their butt off all week 

A huge thanks to the IHGF(a top notch group with classy people) David and francis and not to forget Dr Bill Crawford who was there as well.  They did an outstanding job and as always did it with dignity and class.

Big thanks to IRONMIND and randy strossen for being there and supporting the games.

The competitors:  I have never been around a group of people who really had that much fun together. I think we all had a blast...the competition was serious but at the end of the day we all had a blast hanging out together.  The van ride back on sunday was memorable

ok sleep deprivation and soma are now coming in and i have typed two paragraphs and then deleted them because of the screen getting blurry....thanks so much for all the people who called and texted me and facebook etc.you guys and gals are awesome .
