Mike, love the inversion table sit-ups .  A must for all Big Pullers ( Dave and Will stop reading) to decompress the spine after a big pulling session.  The table, along w/ the reverse hypers have done wonders w/ the lower back.

reverse hypers will also do wonders for hammies(i think you need them for the games??)

Hey 17/20-135lbs parallel squat for 15 reps today!!but more importantly 10 minutes on the eliptical trainer!!!
