MY BROTHER AND I ARE NEWBIES JUST STARTING TO TRAIN.WERE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED COMPETITOR IN MASS. TO SHOW US THE ROPES AND OR OTHER NEWBIES IN MASS. TO TRAIN WITH.

Hi, Irishironman:
I am in belmont, and going to start throwing soon. I've ordered the training
videos, and will be ordering an adjustable throwing weight this weekend and
other implements soon. Also, I am changing my gym routine from
powerlifting to accommodate throwing. Send me a private message to
