i have no idea wwhat im doing but i have a homemade heavy weight that is 58#s i threw 18ft 4in, and a 22 pound stone thrown from standing position to 22ft3in. is this atleast decent for a new thrower with what im sure is horrible form and no training. those are the best throws the heavy usualy only hit about 16ft. Also do you guys know of any good training dvds and a decent workout for someone wanting to compete. Any help will be appreciated.

Where are you located?
Also, Larry Brock does a cool thing with training videos. Check it out on his site, under products. Its really neat. I think there is a link to his site on NASGA. |
