Newbie in Texas

   I know of a guy in Texas that is interested in getting into the games. I met him at a recent ren festival I was demonstrating at where he was one of the jousters. He has some great athletic abilities and showed some potential to be a good thrower (I let him try his hand at a small caber and tossing a weight) and he is a hell of a good guy. Anyone in Texas interested in giving him a few pointers?

	Should be easy for him to get in touch with the highland games crew from TRF. That would be the closest crew of chuckers I could think of off the top of my head. Tom McLaughlin is a hellva nice guy, and his son Biscuit was a pretty good thrower last time I spent any time with them. Tell him to try there. B ~up in DFW so no use to this guy~

	Hello everyone im a newbie to this all aswell.Im 30 and live in terrell tx looking for anybody local that trains close to where i live. need all the help i can get.
