Basically these are my throws that day plus big Craig Smith's awesome 45'+ 56wfd and his 82'+ 28wfd. I wish I had some of Smith's WOB, as it was an epic battle at 16' which he bested me in the last round, but the banter was worth it. I wish I had Kurt Pauli's hammer, it was sweet.  Enjoy.

Can you guess what Bert threw in track judging by what he does after he completes a throw?

I know and I know it very well.  It's the only way to properly finish a throw.

well, the 28wfd PR was from extra throws (83'3") I guess these are not counted in data base?  Please Kurt....
