Looking for a bit of input on my hammers -

I know the obvious on getting my arms straighter but I'm wondering if theres something else I can work on to maybe get these out to 120.

I would use your left hip more as the hammer is behind you.  This will accelerate the head down.  The other thing that jumps out is that you could sit, lift, and lock, more at the release.  If your release is on your throw at 114 feet would have been close to or past 120.

I should be going out a few times this week - I'll be focusing on getting the arms straight after the first wind and see about maybe getting more scoop out of the deal. I'll throw up some vids and see if I can improve on that area. I know what you mean about the lock - the 2nd throw I did I caught a piece of it right at the bottom and extended, felt a lot more pull on the end but my timing just isnt there yet to get it every time.

When you say getting more out of the left hip - it is more emphasis on the pull downwards or more reach behind? The fact my hips even move is a miracle in itself - was only about last year that they started doing something other than be posts in the ground.

for a background on this event -I just cracked 100ft last season and finished off at 107ft for a PB - feel like I have a lot more in the tank and want to get as much out of it as I can this go around. It's come from being my worst event (save maybe the caber) to one of my best events... really starting to love it for some weird reason :)

Shift your left hip out and think of pushing the hammer down.  I wouldn't think of reaching back further until you can feel the acceleration catching the hammer behind you.  Good rhythm on your throws, keep it up.
