   Since I got a great response from the guys at Altamont, I just wanted to let you guys know that Ryan V. led me onto a new protien cookie that tastes awesome and has 20g of high protein.  After chating with the owner I have started doing a little PR for him.  If you are interested check out the web site and go through my page to get a discounted price.  There are a dozen different flavors.

	I neglected to tell all of you pretty boys out there that they also only have 0.5 grams of Sat. Fat, 0 Cholesterol, and no refined sugar.

	We sell these at Iron Sport, people love them, great tasting and you get your money worth. They are big enough that you feel like you ate a meal afterwards.

	Anyone that knows how to make cookies and can turn on an oven can also make their own protein cookies with Iron Mind's Just Protein powder. That stuff is great- no sugar and it actually tastes good. You can even replace the sugar in your recipe with stevia or Splenda to lower the carbs and bad sugars.
