Mike,

Everything is starting to make since, you wanted to take it easy and Ed had to show off for the track honies. I better start puting some creatine in my corn flakes before I take the plunge and make a trip to Austin.  All kidding aside I am glad you had something good to say about track and field on the forum.

If you don't have time to do it right, when are you going to have time to do it over?

It was an ENORMOUS PERFECT POWERFUL rump. That is NOT bad..except when your daughter catches you watching her strut and goes home and rats on you to her mom

Mike,

Last year my wife was at our conference meet and she asked me "can they actually run with that?"  She was looking harder than me and that was the only thing that saved me from sleeping on the couch.

If you don't have time to do it right, when are you going to have time to do it over?

Those little sprinter gals are strong and fast as hell. Was watching one do clean and jerk w. 198 and she sure didn't weigh that much.

I tell you, the part that kills me is they never realize how strong and explosive they are from all the constant sprinting.  A lesson that could be learned by many people, I read a real good article from John Powell on that very thing some years ago.

If you don't have time to do it right, when are you going to have time to do it over?

Yep - gotta do some sprinting (even just 3 or 4 10-20 yarders) Nothing makes me feel bouncier than sprints(sled work too) and lunges - believe I'll do some of that on Monday. Chest ,core,sled/sprints , lunges and some heavy ass 18" deads - that'll do pig.
