Last night's battle.

Started with super set:

Speed Russian Lunges, Neck Attack, Band Twists (for Baab) 4x6

Front Squat- lots and heavy

Explosive Pull ups on thick bar

Reverse Curl (thumbless grip) to work on the "Ole' Kazmaiers"

Grip work - vertical bar lift, blob juggling, blob lifting (heavy, 132lb. INCH DB lifts)
