There is no one source.  I have googled for training stuff in the past and always found some good stuff.  Here is a link to get you started - http://www.vp-prod.com/

there is a link in the links section of the nasgaweb hompepage for a site called highlandgames.net they have videos and frame by frame stills of every event. It is a really nice and helpfull site.
