Got another fun one.

Coach Mac gave me the idea on this one at Ryan's last April.

CM and RV use a heavy bar for this one. . . . I use my beloved 10' x 100# caber.

Caber and or bar is held on the shoulders, much like the beginning of a squat.

Then, go through the spins for the WFD's.  Do 1 spin, then 2 spins, then 3 spins, etc.  Makes for some good line drills.

As a Disclaimer:  Be careful in keeping your balance though.

Very fun and hopefully beneficial, and the thick caber adds a fun dimension.

I am loving these leg exercises, hope they pay benefits.  At least they are adding some variety.....
