Hey- I thought that I'd move this reply off of Roy's deep-squat thread. He need plenty of space with that one. Not surprised that you do overhead work or hand-stand work. Your shoulders and upperback show the development from that stuff. Keep it up. I'd guess that you also include pullups and dips too. I always try to work some fun into the kids wrestling workouts and so we often include some gymnastic-type moves, a variety of pushups, wheelbarrows, buddy-carry, sumo wrestling and some common games. I also introduce weightlifting to them near the end of the season and try to get them to be creative and do something on their own at home. It sounds like you have alot of fun with those kids. James said Hi! I started doing dips last year and they have helped alot. I used to do pull-ups before we moved but now I don't have any where to do them now.I will try to see if I can put something together to where I can get my pull-ups back in my routine. Thanks!
