Thanks Wayne!

The games usually don't start around here until April. When do you think I should start increasing on the weight? I change my routine about every two to three months. Which I will be changing my routine again around in March. Do you think that is enough time?

What are you doing now?

Generally speaking, it's a good idea to increase the weight whenever you can.

Right now I am doing leg extensions, leg curls, regular squats, and standing calf raises. I changed my routine about 3 weeks ago and just started increasing my weight this week by 20 lbs. When I change my routine again I will be doing front squats, deadlifts, standing calf raises, and cleans.

My $.02:

I'd ditch the leg extensions and leg curls and go heavier on your squats (which cover the same muscles in a closed kinetic chain).
