   Hey guys Mat McDougal here. I've opened a thrower/strongman gym in Caroline virginia and am throwing with a small group most every day. If anyone wants to throw with us this is an open invitation just shoot me a text or email @ltgthebarngym.com 
I have cabers, mens womens hammers, 28 and 56 weight, 12,16,20 pound bags.
