Did the PennsWall Games yesterday. Every part of my body hurts :).
Finished dead last in the masters but had a fantastic time. which is why I do it. Great group of gamers. The sleeves really helped for my knees, sore but no swelling. I need to get sleeves for my elbows to support the one I had surgery on for the WFD. The Braemar was 18-7, a PR for me. Had PR in the light hammer also. We all did the same caber for amateur and master (no pros in these games), and I was able to get it up and throw it for a score (low)twice. Us old guys were going "oh crud, how are we going to throw that thing". I was surprised that I could even get the beast up to throw it and get a score. Another PR then. |
