Hey guys,

I'm very new at throwing, just started in Feb, and an looking to compete in my first games on May 10th.. really have no clue what I'm doing but have spent allot of time watching YouTube and reading this forum.. I've spent allot of time practicing light hammer and lwfd and would appreciate and any help with my form.. so far my best throws are 98 with the hammer and 65 with the lwfd.. thanks for the help..

Also... What is the learning curve for boot blades? I threw with them for the first time this past week and my throws were about 10% less on average!!

Depends on the guy.
 
They aren't "put them on and instantly throw further". You've got to get comfortable with them. Figure out how to kick in, how to kick out, fan or not fan. Lots of stuff. Very individual.
