I have been kicking around the idea to start a sheaf replacement service. Basically if you have bought one of my sheaf's and it is worn out you can ship it back to me so I can re-bag it. Then send me a check to pay for the shipping back to you and the cost of new burlap and you will have a new bag for your next game.

Thoughts?

Sounds great but the cost of shipping two ways would make a new one very attractive.  Especially the cost to the Pacific Northwest!  lf you could figure out a way to cut those costs then l think that you're on to something!

I gotta go with Wally on this one, it would probably be cheaper just to buy a new one and have it sent only one way.
I'm just an idiot, pretending to be smart.
