Last night was back to the start of a 531 cycle.  I bench with DB's and by the second to last set I noticed a severe lack of support/assistance from my shoulders.  My arms were wandering all over and by the last set (110lb) it was almost all up to my tris to save my life as my shoulders had taken a walk on participating in the lift.

They were not hurting, they were not injured, just not helping.  I am not sore in my shoulders today.

So...was this because of the push presses and lateral DB raises on Tues?  Could those efforts on Tues still have carryover to Thurs and my ability to press?  (This may seem obvious to some, but I have only just started to add speed work to my use of the 531 and this is new territory for me.)  ((This same set of lifts (tues - deads, OHP, accessory; thurs - bench, legs, rows, accessory) has been used in the past without this result.))

I have very few social interaction skills, so I just throw stuff instead.
