Hammer practice this weekend.
Super light hammer for warm up and to get feel for speed. Launched it over 115 multiple times.
Regular light hammer for more warm up and technique. Multiples over 105ft.
SWEET! Now how much further would it go if I REALLY TRY???

Sigh...yep. Throw with Zen and not power...grrr.
