Speaking of Ryan...this is his practice video that I like because it seems to exagerate the way he gets his hips turned to catch the hammer.
 
 
(not sure if it will get pulled for nudity though!)

LOL    And...  I think I just had an epiphany.  That bit from 1:16 to 1:32 is just what I think I needed.
