I find it funny I come across this pic the morning after I get comments in the gym about my squats. "Dang if I went that low my knees would ache." Sigh.... |

Some oly lifters end up hitting a 3 point stance at times...that's low.
And your knees would be fine. |

One lifter in the gym I was in did a 3-point touch in competition during his last snatch attempt. Stood up, bowed to the judges and walked sideways off the platform so the judges wouldn't red light him for the chalk on his ass.
