These are poor quality, but here are a couple of videos from the meet.

Well well Johnny Reed are we to lazy to post! Or should I use your real name Dorian Moriarty.
Two games in a row you have beaten me by the thinnest of margins, no more! I shall endeavor to hew this broken old form of clay into a highlander once more! You have been warned. The tide will turn at Stone Mtn. Oh and tell Gina Hi! |

Bill,
Yeah I've been too lazy/busy to post. I barely manage to get in my quota of lurking. Actually my training for most of the summer has been so unplanned and "seat of the pants" that it hardly seemed worth posting here. You'll have to wait until Gulfport to attempt your revenge since I won't be at Stone Mtn. |

Posting to share the joy that is lifting and throwing. Went out at 8:30 this morning. Beautiful, sunny fall day. About 60 degrees. Started out with a bunch of KB swings and some drills (360 drill, line drill, glides). Then did some Sheaf and WOB (both spin and stand). No big numbers. Just having fun. Topped everything off with some stone lifts. Managed to lap my 300# stone "cube" twice. Life is Good.
