Well after an extremely cold day on Saturday of practice ans sucking at it...back in the gym on Sunday night..

Well last night was a interesting night at the gym. Wasn't feeling so well anyways,
My foot or ankle was killing me...was debating on doing squats or not..ended up Doing a few sets,but wasn't feeling it. Well after that I decided to do "sumo deads" Well after 2nd rep of 225...as I squatted,my shorts ripped...turned around and looked at back side in mirror and saw legs and underwear....quite comical actually. Good times. Squats 225x4 285x4 Sumo deads 225x1.busted out my shorts Loaded chest press 180x14 280x7 300x6 Like I said a pretty crappy night in gym..will retry again tonight for better progress |

well i was challenged by my buddy dave"doc"robinson on getting a 10lb PR in the gym on saturday night..so i took him up on it and pushed myself to a 10lb PR in deadlift..... squats 225x4 255x4 285x3 305x3 325x3 345x3 355x2 deads 225x4 255x4 285x3 325x3 345x2 355x1 365x1(PR) dumbell flys 75x7x2 ab machine 70x21 80x21 130x21 140x21 |

Placed 1st at panama city games on march 10th,well fought battle. Now after a two week absence in the gym I'm back at it...kinda light Bench 225x4 285x3 305x2 Leg press 405x21x3 Ab machine 150x21x3 Cardio/treadmill

Well had a great time at tartanfest south in columbia,sc
Was an extremely long day due to getting up at 245am sat and Returning home sun morn at 115am...may have dozed off a few times on the way home...whew Anyways my team(team TNT) me,john allen,david fulford,wes kiser won the day...lots of good throwing and hanging out with Old friends...wes was robbed the WR in sheaf at 38.1...second attempt sheaf landed on bar,wobbled..then fell back...it sucked but was a grand show..also seeing eric frasure there was good too. At end of the day,a caber was set on fire and tossed around..good times. Well,starting this week I'm doing the matt vincent training lab |

Well after a 5 month absence...I'm back with a training log.
Been on the K.O. 4 week diet...gone from 360 to bout 330..my Goal is 300 or 295. Looking to build my own garage gym/ludus Until then I've been doing tire flips,pushups,hammer hits,etc. Been practicing games 2 times a week for a while now with my Two training partners here in knoxville,been very productive And motivated with people to push me and the group to throw.
