Might be doing an event with a car flip. Don't have a spare K car lying around, and wife drew the line and held it on big tires. I'm thinking lots of Deads and High Pulls any thoughts on how to do/prepare for this?

It's basically just a bigger tire flip. So that + pulls imo.

Andrew, Did some car flipping in the World Musclepower Championships Fergus Ont. 91.Make sure your biceps are strong! Within the space of 5min that day Sigmarrson tore his left and Jamie Reeves his right! Some heavy cheat curls ala Ricky Bruch would be great! Good Luck!

Thank you, will do for sure. Also started doing Zerchers again. have a loooong way to go. Paul, that must have been awesome to be out there with those guys, you must have some great stories. |
