Outside point of view- Joel is off balance when throwing in the south african... but he did glide a few throws and they looked very good. WFD is looking good! form is very very close. Just needs to wear the proper shoes . When Joel starts transfering his strength into the throw it is going to go very far. Just needs more time on the field to get that feel. I think he will see this happen very soon.

Thanks Guys

SOS St. Patricks Day Games today

competed the events in reverse

Wob - 11' easy beat up the bar at 12' - timing was
off/power was there

Sheaf - 21' - Still getting used to the hand change last
fall. Need to figure out how to practice this event.

BS & OS - 25'+ & 31'+ - smooth but timid

WFD - 24'+ & 50'+ not unhappy w/ these for the beginning
of the season. I'm were I was last year despite losing
40+ lbs.

Hammers - 67'+ & 84'+ smooth & strong but slow

All in all a ho-hum day - it's a starting point for the
season.

Wow, blast from the past. It is nice to have this to put where I'm at now in perspective tho.

Might just have to crank this up again
