Hammer: You are moving your arms around your head instead of leaning
back and moving your torso with the hammer. - Look how bent your arms
are when they hammer is at the top of the swing. It looks better with the
heavier hammers (maybe because you can't just muscle those around?)

HWFD/LWFD: Its hard to see because of the video angle, but I think you
are taking a big first turn, and not keeping it tight. You are bending your
knees and lifting a bit more than you used to, but still when you hit the
front, they are straight, and you are not getting any lift from your legs.
LWFD looked better than HWFD. Tempo also needs a bit of work - you
need to get your left foot on the ground a little quicker if you can for a
stronger/longer drive/pull.

Stone: These looked the best I think. Would like to see more separation
between your upper and lower body with more hip drive (inverted "C") so
you can get up and over your left leg.

Ya I was watching some Matt Sanford hammer video and noticed the same
thing Hapy. Oh and that super hammer really does help you get long... ;)

Noticed the WFD stuff too. Will be doing some drill work before I throw to
help get base down.

Stone felt the worst....sooooo thanks!!!

Tony, look at your left arm in the wfd and stones.  It looks dead.  Keep it shoulder level in the WFD's and similar in the stones and throw the left and block at the end of these two events.  You seem all right sided.  Keeping the left arm up will also aid in balance and not overstepping your first turn.  I would steepen your orbits of your hammer.  Catch above the head or slightly back.  The hammer head is way to low in the back.  Looks smooth though.  My opinion.

Sweet. Thanks Sean. Since this I did correct the orbit issue. I try to model
my stone throw after yours!!!   Ill work on those this week and next and get
some video of the results out soon for a
follow up.
