Pull-ups
7-6-5-6-7..last set was trash.

Early early...0405
Bench, boxing, and a sprint or two
Bar x 125
95 x 55
135 x 30
185 x 25
205 x 25
225 x 15
255 x 10
275 x 8...yowzers...musskels getting tight.
STRETCH BREAK!
295 x 8...wanted 10...got pinned and then pantsed myself wiggling out from under the bar. Yeah...so that happened.
295 x 3...because reasons
315 x 5...this was easy. I tore my right pec years ago and never had it repaired. Looks terrible. Once I get into the 3's I cut the reps WAYYYYY back. Little tight this morning so I stopped here. Whatever.

Turned on Leonard v. Hearns for close grip bench press and dips. Because nothing says "You got nothing for me" like pushing someone around the lists.

225x10x8

Dips

Triceps have had enough.

Long run this morning...5.1 miles. Not going for time, just to go.

OHP. Anyone else ever have real forearm pain whilst doing this?

Everything else going well... pull-upsare coming along. Slow and steady trying not to kip.

The road goes ever on and on...

Made it through the deload... haven't posted. Really need to get back on it.

Lots of squats and deads. All kinds of agility work.

Been cutting the BF significantly... don't have Mule abs yet...but what I do have is a 54" two-handed sword on it's way.

And probably...maybe...a duel at the end of November. I only give up 60 pounds to this fella...

What's the worst that could happen???

Today's training is for Jacob Hall...a little guy gone too soon. Wanted to grow up to be a superhero to help people who couldn't help themselves.

Heroes, super or otherwise, don't only help...they inspire. They are selfless and courageous, and their example can move the willing to be extraordinary.

In that way, you already are a hero Jacob. We never met, but I already miss you.

Today, we are in this together.
