Brian,

Looking good man...stay after it!  I am going to get some video up at some point...I need to find a lens that does not make me look like a disgusting fatbody.

Looks good man...we'll see just how good you have gotten when we meet again!

I need to practice more, or the Canadian punkfest will continue!!!

Respectfully,

Duncan McCallum

Noticed that on hammer you have four swings/spins before you release.  I go for three, but that is just what I have ended up doing.  Anyone got thoughts on three vs four turns of hammer before release?

(Basically, right now I am going off Kev's advice of...'if you aren't getting any faster on each spin there's no point'...or something like that.)

I am wondering if my speed has reach the limit of not having boot spikes.

Hey Dave
It  actually 3-1/2 and it is a common number of winds...

It all commons down to how much control you have to keep the low point off your right side and not allow the low point to cross the center over to the left. ( this is the start of a throw going wrong)

The idea of 2 to 3 winds is to speed the hammer up.. u notice in these vids wind 2 and 3 are the same.. which is not good but it wasn't my focus.. it was getting a strong left side block and pull.

My focus in the coming weeks is to add alot more speed to each winds and try to control it for a good throw.

Hopefully that helps...

Buck
