I'm pretty far south, but we have practices thursday nights at Stanford.

Went out yesterday and trained with a local group. Awesome time. Threw the Caber well and hit 9ft on the weight for height. |

Where do you live? I am moving to San Francisco (Walnut Creek to be specific) in June and am looking for a group to train with. Right now I have my sights set on the Games in San Fran in September. |

Everything has been going well. Going to throw at the upcoming Livermore games. The only thing I am concerned about is the weight over bar. I'll get it soon enough.

Hey, I'm out of Citrus Heights. We have a large throwing group here and I host lifting at my home, three nights a week. Next practice is at San Juan Park this Sunday at 10am.
