   Im looking for any throwers in Iowa that my sister can throw with. She lives in Newton, outside Des Moines and travels to the Quad Cities (my home town) regularly. Im in Phoenix so I cant train with her much. She was hooked after she threw with her older sister in Ancient One's Classic MWC in 03. She is far from being a master yet, but threw for fun. Any help appreciated. I realize winter is coming soon and she will be in the gym, but thought it would be good to get some throwing in before cabin fever sets in.

	How often does she get down to the Quad Cities? We've been trying to some regular practice sessions going during the week.

	about every to every other week, mostly on the weekends. I will check. Down here we find a weekend morning usually good for most. Soon we will be losing light for the after-workday throwing but not yet. Let me know if you set something up, I will get her on the board here so she can keep in touch with the Iowa Highlanders. thanks Brent
