I'm a new buy looking to get involved, i getting back into strength training this fall/winter and moving away from competitive Irish Rowing

heavy throwing seems like a great sport and something i'd really enjoy, any help would be greatly appreciated, meeting with anyone locally would be a real treat, thanks in advance
