I'd like to dedicate this pic to Jason Pauli, who swam through a river of cholesterol, and came out clean on the other side.

First time under 300 in 10 years. Now I can get back to ordering from the International Male catalog.

"...Who swam through a river of cholesterol..."

I've never heard that one before but it's very accurate.

Just think Kearney, pretty soon you'll be able to buy clothes from stores that don't include the words "big and tall" and wear shirts that don't include the letter "X" in the size.

I was just thinking of Shawshank. You did give me some inspiration though Jason. You look fantastic. But I still want to make a few more throws before I give it all back.

And thanks guys for the props. There is a way to throw even at less than 300. I'm sure Lyttle will read this and start his perfectly toned ass off.

Roy... I can go "M" now.

{{{SHUDDER}}}

I'd be interested, for those of us whose weight has fluctuated greatly, what was your best weight that you threw at?

I had my best year at 275.

Sadly enough, you can be TOO heavy as a heavy.

I have lost 27 pounds... I am now at 250... I threw bad before, and I throw even worse now but I still like to tell everyone.

My fat would start looking shredded at 275. That's a weight I've never thrown at - started out at 278.

Good Evening,

I had to cut weight about twelve years ago for health reasons. I was a wide body. 5’11” 295+ I have been at 210 for ten years now. I can’t throw nearly as well as before or lift as much,but other parts of my life are so much better. I had to decide what was most important in my life. So I think that people need to find a weight that is reasonable. It doesn’t need to be all or nothing. Life is still hard. But it’s easier at 210 then 300. But that's just me. Take care, Bruce

Good job, Kearney...I'm down to 240 from 278 (my goal is 235). It was easier for me, I guess, 'cause I'm not trying to throw heavy things long distances!

Keep goin'...it's a goal worth achieving!
