Feeling a lot of pain in the rear of the delt. Much like you would in the front of the shoulder after too much pressing. Could it be that I've got reverse impingement due to so much pulling (hang snatch, hang clean, WOB...) lately? Feels like the tendons/ligaments are very sore. Hurts the most when trying to incline or trying to put my right hand on the bar when squatting.

That is the place I think most of get the imingement Chris. I had that problem, was my cuff working on me. I got a cortizone shot in there, was great. Worked fabulous and I went on to abuse the living crap out of it. I then went and tore it the rest of the way in the offseason along with the bicep tendon and labrum. I got a good deal on all of that work at one time. Call me if you want to chat about that
