   I think we should have a New Years day throw for all us old Farts in the 16 hammer and video it. If I can throw 110+at my age I will go to Iceland to freeze my arse of at the MWC .2017

	10c today in Halkirk. but I'm down in Luss for a few days just now, just near the Games field , first time in 10 years since I've been here. I don't think Tacky will make a diff nowadays to my throwing Ha.
