Current lifts:

Front Squat 240
Back Squat 350

Press 135
Push Press 180
CG Bench 170

Dead Lift 520
Barbell Shrugs 215
GHR with Weight 10

Power Clean 205
Power Snatch 150

Cost saver I am cutting internet for a while.  MRI on Monday for left knee.  Keep lifting, throw often.  Eat and sleep.  Peace.
