Tim I curious as to why you posted the thread?
I too have spent hours upon hours reading Prof. Verkhoshansky's forum and still study all of his research, all of it is of course outstanding. |

I just thought it was interesting to hear from a guy like Verkhoshansky that Westside is not "conjugate" training (which people should have known already). But in the end it doesn't really matter what Louie calls it. It often works. More often than that though people get so up tight about defending the name. In reality... It just doesn't matter.
