This is a super fun games for a great cause. I'm glad I could come out to throw again this year. Love this crew! I threw kinda blah but got to hang with old friends and mix it up with some new guys too!

24lb B. Stone: 37' and change... felt fine just kept falling away
16.5lb O. Stone: 44' something... crapped the bed, all over the place... glad I got that out of my system I guess
HWFD: 41'+ Felt fine just no sauce
LWFD: 76' Felt poopy, didn't move the weight.
HHammer: 93', 99', 101' Feeling really cashed by this point but pulled it together for a throw
LHammer: 123', 125', 121' Sloooooooow but not terrible feeling so yay
Sheaf: 28' Stopped there... fixed some accuracy issues so that's good
WOB: 14' Easy peasy then jumped to 16' for a couple ok pulls just couldn't get the arc.

all things considered, a good practice.

Back to the business of logging... threw a few times lately. Wisconsin Open in Waukesha was super duper fun and I got the win on both days. The Irish events are always a good time. A silly, wild good time. Love these games and getting to compete in my home state. The Waukesha crew puts on a great and very unique competition. Throwers throwing stuff, what more could a guy want?

Estes Park Highland Games

The festival is huge and has great food. The town is awesome. The scenery is beautiful. Easily the most amazing place I've ever thrown. This was a bucket list games for me. I had a couple crap events that screwed me in the overall but I did hit a couple lifetime PRs too. 51'11 open stone which was over a foot and a few inches in heavy hammer at 104'6. Solid way to finish the season for me.
