Roy who is the strength coach you were telling  me about at Yale?  I have a girl visiting their in 2 weeks and its down to Yale and Princeton.  Princeton is in the lead ,but they have  a triple jumper coaching the throwers...I cant allow that.

If you can get me his/her email and Coach Mahhons if you have it.

valenti,

I am working with the athletes at Yale in conjunction with the strength coach.  Yale has a contract with the company I work with and I am in the weight room working with athletes 4-5 days a week.  I can probably answer any questions you have.  Drop me a line at bourqued1@YAHOO.COM.  Hve a good one!

Mark,  Dan is the guy I was talking about.  As much as I hate to admit it right here in front of him he does know his shizit and the combination of Dan and Anna will no doubt make your athlete a stud.

See you this weekend,

Roy

Lets not get carried away Rob. We all know that not one of us has our SHIZIT together.

I can't believe that there is a jumper coaching the throws at Princeton! They have had some good kids come out of there. Dan, have you met a freshman at Yale Abby Jackson? She was a sprinter on my team here in Averill Park last year. Good natural ability and she can really do something if she works hard.

By the way I have to take a SHIZIT.

Isn't Matt Brzycki S&C coach at Princeton?  Considering his views of Olympic lifts and plyos, it's a wonder anyone at Princeton can jump or throw.

I have not met her yet steve.  The track team is still considered offseason and I think they are due to arrive in the next couple of weeks for consistent training.  I will look out for her.
