Has anyone heard of this training program call P90X? if so, do you think it would word well for muscle training for the games? Because I'll be honest, I'm not much for training at the gym, if I could do it at home.

It sounds like you don't really care about throwing far, so go for it.

Google it--you'll find it's not too different than Cross Fit in concept.  Hi-intensity stuff with a catchy label.

good for weight loss but not for strength.  but i would have to agree with Sammy.

I did it for about thirty days.  but if you have any gym training under your belt and are relatively strong you will become frustrated with the amount of weight you do in P90X. 

Or you will go in debt purchasing the amount of weight you need.
