   The VHGA (Victoria Highland Games Assn) is pleased to announce that Lighthouse Brewing Company will be the title sponsors of the 2011 Victoria International Heavy Events Challenge,
 with a world class field of athletes that will include the current 
world champion and 2 past world champions. Lighthouse Brewing Company 
will again be brewing the Highland Challenge Scottish Ale to
 promote the Games and the Challenge. This awesome brew, which quickly 
sold out last year, will be available in May at selected private liquor 
stores and at the 148^th Victoria Highland Games & Celtic Festival.  

The Victoria International Heavy Events Challenge is a two day 
competition held on the May long weekend (May 21st and 22nd) and the Pro
 class features Larry Brock, Sean Betz, Ryan Vierra, John Odden, Greg 
Hadley, Matt Doherty, Christoph Wand and Rob Young.  The Pro class will 
be on the field both days as well as Amateurs, Masters, Novice, Junior
