I have been pushing the t handle swings alot the past while.Long,loose arms and a good hip pop.Feels like something that I should be doing.Does anyone have an example of a exercise they use that is not commonplace.
I think after a winter of pulls and squats I am ready for a month of something else. Think outside the box/trig! |

In addition to my gym time I am going to spend time in the backyard doing some stone throws, tire flips, sandbag work and push, pull and drag the F-150 around the abandoned Target parking lot. It's warming up here in central Oklahoma and it's time to get outside. |
