Hotel Info:

The host hotel for the Celtober games is the Holiday Inn Express, located only 2 miles from the field.  They have agreed to offer rooms at a rate of $99 per night, which includes breakfastparking, and even a free shuttle to and from the field.  You can't get much better than that!

They even have an indoor heated pool and spa to relax in after a day of throwing.

If you prefer to call to make your reservation, the phone number is 817.698.9595 and the group rate is TC1.

Please note: rooms must be reserved by October 3.  If you are planning to attend but aren't sure, it is better to go ahead and reserve a room at the $99 rate and cancel than to wait and have to pay another $50 per night.

Ladies,

Iron Mike Landrich has graciously agreed to put together implements for y'all!

We need to reach a consensus on what y'all would like from him, so talk amongst yallselves (real word) and let ME know!

Word!

I'll see what handles we can scrounge up, and 1/2 inch handles...done.

Landrich is making implements for prizes.

Throwing toys for prizes OWNS.

I hate to drop a dime on a brotha but I believe Brandon McElroy was promoted to the A's at Tulsa.  I'd double check with the AD before taking my word for it.  I'm horribly unreliable.

Jim - He has to win two B classes in a year to make it to the A class, is my understanding and how I have seen it done in the past.

I thought so.  I'm pretty sure it was his first win in the Bs.

Just wait Bucy, that roster will fill right up!

Swamps out of OKC has just tossed his hat in the ring for the A Class, so I expect to see some other folks come out of the wood work for the chance to throw with the big man.

October is full for us, but we are talking about all coming out next spring for NTKO or San Antonio or one of the others.  I've got to get stronger if I want to throw in Texas.  Working on that though.

Super Dooper Excited for this!!!    I love the weather in the fall in DWF and throwing next to the zoo is always a fav.

I missed last year so I can't wait to reconnect with all the various throwers I know, and meet all the new ones too!!!

Plus the SWAG is the best.  Thanks TCAA for your awesome work on this.
