Nothing else to do in Nova Scotia, in the winter, for a teacher on March Break than to train and make shitty movies.

I've been waiting two years to reveal these pics:

This is post workout nutrition at Ryan's place.

Sorry about taking part in hijacking your thread, Greg (BTW-Sweet indoor throwing venue).  But, I guess I'm easily influenced by peer pressure..........and I couldn't pass up the opportunity.

I think your words were "this is the key to good throwing".  When I asked "how?".  You said, "because it makes you happy!"  Also, your wife makes a good Strawberry Shortcake!

Training at Ryan's not only helps your game, but the hospitality is great too!

Don't you remember uploading them to my computer?  I have a bunch more if you want to see them?

Jason, all I wanted to know was what was your point regarding my nutritional plan?  I like a little cake & pie every once an a while with my CRV

I love the berries on the cups like that, they come six to a pack here in Bama, and my wife puts a lot of creme up there also.  Takes me about 32 oz of milk to do all six cups full of berries.  What is wrong with adding fruit to the diet?  Ryan is a southern boy at heart and tummy.

That's my point I guess; the fact that doing what makes you happy makes you throw far.  Just like mini doughnuts with pudding, fries and mayonaise, or my favourite the two pound hamburger with a 1/4" thick slice of cheddar.  The breakfast you make (Portuguese sausage omelets) may be more nutritinaly sound, but I did enjoy seconds of that cake.

On my right is Derek Poundstone. He's probably the best up and coming strongman in the World right now. Placed 2nd at the Arnold (despite being injured) and is a legit contender to be WSM (if he can get away from IFSA). He's about 6'1 and 310lbs in that pic.

On my right is Tom McClure, a top AMerican strongman and the largest human I've ever seen. I think he said he was 6'5 and 380lbs at the time that pic was taken. It all went down at the Callander games in Scotland. It was cool to see those dude's in action. I also met Mark Felix there.
