Hey everyone let me know what you think and where I can improve...

56 WFD is about 30 feet

28 WFD is about 60 feet

WOB is set at 12 feet.

Your forward foot is off the ground in your turns and at the trig, and you're clearly losing torque as a result.  I think you can really see this with the 56, where your left foot goes sideways in the air as you start your sprint.

You call that WOB?

Sheesh, man, you're not dipping deep enough, left hand is in space, and it doesn't look like you're pulling at all.  If that's 12', you're good for 14.  Just do it.

WFD: Your legs are straight like you got someone to put a splint on your
knees. Get low at the beginning and get some lift into it!!!

In other words: Throw the damn thing further!

Tony, Happy is right, you're WFD's and your WOB pull has ZERO leg usage.  I mean ZERO!!!

I suck but I would try and get your wfd a little higher on your spins.  The 56 never gets above your shoulder and the throws are flat...get a little loft in there and it should go further.

Sink your hips, push the weight away from you in your first spin.

hook grip.  it is wierd at first, but will pay off.  Neutralizes the Golgi reflex and helps keep your arm relaxed (as relaxed as it can be when hooked to a 56).

Watch video of Vierra and Brock.  Notice how they sink with the weight.  They are tapping into gravity and bodyweight to move the weight;  linear.

I think the first fault you should sort out is the right foot on delivery.

You are lifting the foot of the ground before the weight is gone.

Work on turning the right foot on the ground. You can sort it out by drills. Try some out of season work on throws where the right toe is kept on the ground, screw the heel
