hahah there is no way to run out of stuff. People have been writing about the same ideas for decades and people still don't get it right.

Good article Matt. I saw your brother's "box-o-stuff" at the Olympia this year but I forgot to ask him about it. Any specific type of box you guys bought? I have been using a huge suitcase when I travel to shows, but this looks much more manly.

It is just a big tool box from Lowes. Nothing special but works great

I have used a bunch of different ones. I think the rheband ones are great the normal blue ones. I a like the heavy ones from EFS for squatting. Duncan recently bestowed a pair of the rheband strongman sleeves on me and I like them a lot for training. However for throwing the Blue Rhebands are solid and used by more strength athletes than anything out there.

Sure got a lot in your box!
Great article. I definitely have a lot to consider before the next games. My baseball bag I use is greatly under prepared compared to you "Box of Thrower's Delight".
What do you do with your box during the games? I always feel a bit uncertain about leaving my stuff just sitting somewhere, but that may be because I work with criminals all day and sometimes forget how to function around normal citizens.

Because if you throw with sufficient speed with a properly tackied hammer you will rip them on the first throw. Ask me how I know.
