Hammer Throwing Tutorial

Figured I would share with the content/"dead forum" discussion currently going on. Put together a video series at the request/suggestion of a few athletes. Now granted there are far better hammer throwers than I out there, but hopefully if you make it through these you can pick something useful up. Have to thank all those that have really helped me along the way with my hammers: Eric Frasure, Jeff Crouch, Dan McKim, and Jake Sullivan. But really I've just stolen all their tips and cues and use them for myself.
