Anyone have some advice on a good tack for the hammer? I bought some "Strongman" tack that was designed for the atlas stones, not the Scottish hammers. It is way too slick...

Thanks

I use elmers spray adhesive usually used for things like crafts....i spray clap a few times let the stick develop and it usually is strong enough for me

There is also stickum that you can get at most sports stores that i have noticed a lot of people use
Enduring and everlasting. We aim to find strength through hard work

Theres a thing called Tommy Tack on ebay. Or maybe Larry Brock is still making tacky.
Drink to the fame of it, honor the name of it, The Tartan.
