I was hoping to get some feedback on my WFD throws, right now i am using a 30lb kettle bell and a 53lb kettle bell.  I feel like i am out of control with the wieght and it is pulling me all over. A little bit of back ground I threw track and field in school and have done 2 HG comps.

Also don't know whether to start and try to get a one turn down before moving  to 2 or just keep practicing the 2 turn.

1) Kettlebells are a bad metric for the WFD. The lack of chain (length & fluid movement) means you actually have to rotate a lot faster to keep up with it.
2) You're not staying on the balls of your feet. You land and your hips stop moving so your legs start to straighten - this is part of that out of control feeling you get. You HAVE to stay on the balls of your feet so you can rotate your hips. It'll save your knees in the long run.

My advice would be figure out a way to get a closer metric to the WFD. The ballistica is fairly decent if you don't want to try making your own weights. My second piece of advice would be to do line drills. It'll teach you to stay on the balls of your feet and rotate before you move. Browse through the training logs of the top athletes and look at their vids.
